I'm Matis Fogel, a Pittsburgh-based software developer. I work directly with each business from the first concept through launch and ongoing maintenance. You will not be passed between a salesperson, project manager, and anonymous support queue.

What happens after I request a private concept?
I review the information you send and your current website, if you have one. If the project looks like a good fit, I create a private homepage concept and send it to you free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase.
What is included in the monthly plan?
Your plan includes hosting, SSL, versioned source history and rollback-ready deployments, uptime monitoring, inquiry-form testing, traffic and inquiry tracking, and routine text and image updates. New pages, custom features, and major redesigns are quoted separately.
How long does a typical website take to complete?
Most standard informational websites are ready for review within a few business days. Before you decide to proceed, I give you a clear project schedule. Timing depends mainly on the number of pages and how quickly I receive content and approval.
Who owns my domain?
You do. I can help configure the domain and DNS, but the domain stays in an account you own.
Can you replace my existing website without disrupting it?
Yes. I build and review the new site separately. Your current site stays online until you approve the replacement and we switch the domain.
What kinds of changes are included each month?
Routine updates to text, images, services, hours, and contact details are included. I quote new pages, custom features, and major redesigns separately.
How will we know whether the website is helping?
Traffic and inquiry tracking is included with your managed website. You will be able to see website visits, traffic sources, popular pages, and successfully delivered inquiries. This reporting does not guarantee traffic, rankings, customers, or revenue.
What happens if I cancel?
The $499 activation payment becomes nonrefundable once work begins. After launch, service continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. You keep your domain, content, supplied assets, and analytics. Transfer of the completed website implementation requires a separate written buyout agreement.
Do you build custom applications?
Yes. The standard plan covers informational websites. Custom applications require separate scope and pricing.
